The dog's nose actually blocks part of its vision, so when the dog wants to see more clearly, it will tilt its head slightly to move the nose out of the way and see better!
You can try putting a paper cup in front of its nose and see if the lower part of its vision gets blocked!

3. Ears feels uncomfortable
