Raw meat and grain frozen delivery service

Dog owners can place orders at home and flexibly choose delivery days. The frozen door-to-door delivery service can be delivered directly to their homes, ensuring the safety and hygiene of raw meat food. Dog owners can feed with peace of mind and convenience, and dogs can eat safely and healthily.

Terms and Conditions

1. Any purchase of HK$500 or above will enjoy free delivery service. If the purchase does not exceed the specified amount, a $55 delivery fee will be charged.

2. The frozen delivery service of raw meat and grains is provided by our delivery partner SF Express Cold Chain.

3. Tailor's tailor-made raw meat cereals can be delivered before 9pm on Tuesdays at the earliest, and delivery can be arranged on the following Tuesday at the earliest (postponed on public holidays).

4. In order to ensure the temperature of the product, the frozen delivery service only delivers to the pet’s address or designated self-pickup outlets, and there is no door or management office for collection. If the customer fails to receive the goods within the specified time and location, the customer is solely responsible for the risk of the goods melting or deteriorating.

5. If the recipient fails to receive the goods in the first and second deliveries (the two delivery days shall not exceed 6 days), TailorMeat will charge the customer an additional shipping fee for the third delivery to arrange delivery again (the shipping fee depends on Depends on packaging weight). Customers picking up items at self-pickup sites need to pick up items within two days of their chosen date, otherwise SF Express may charge additional fees.

7. After receiving the goods, the customer must immediately check and count the quantity, packaging, and freezing status of all goods in person before the deliveryman leaves. TailorMeat will not accept any complaints regarding the above made after the delivery person has left.

8. If the delivery address does not provide an elevator, customers are asked to collect the goods on the ground. The logistics company staff will only arrange for delivery on the ground.

9. If you choose to collect the goods at the SF Express station, please go to the SF Express station on time to collect the goods. If the goods are received after the due date, SF Express will charge additional storage fees.

10. Customers must complete payment within 3 days after the invoice is issued. Tailormeat reserves the right to charge an additional 5% monthly late payment fee.

11. When severe weather conditions, such as thunderstorms, typhoons or black rainstorm warnings come into effect, or traffic delays are caused by weather effects, the delivery service may be suspended and the delivery time will be postponed or made another arrangement.
